Upon launching the software, the Home Screen of the software appears with available Scan Modes. You can Browse and Select the OST File to Convert and the required scanning mode.

After the recovery process, the emails extracted from PST files are displayed in a tree like structure in the left pane of the software window. Select a folder to view its content in the right pane.

 

While saving the data in MS Outlook format, select whether you want to save the file as PST or MSG format. Add a Prefix Store Name.

While saving the data in Outlook Express format choose from DBX or EML file format. Click OK to save the file in selected format.
